Packages sitting at distribution centers a week or more.

USPS services are experiencing significant delays and missed origin scans, with issues expected to continue into 2026. Some USPS shipments are not being scanned at all.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend using UPS or FedEx instead of the free USPS shipping option. Please note that FedEx's cross-border international (non-air) service is also experiencing extended delivery times, especially with customs clearance and transfers to destination postal services, including delays in Canada.

We’re still shipping as quickly as possible and doing everything we can to get your packages out on time. We’re handing them over to USPS the same day they’re shipped and tracking their delays so we can keep you updated.

Will my USPS package be delayed?

Yes, USPS is experiencing delays almost everywhere right now. While our shipping methods haven’t changed, some packages are taking longer than usual. Some packages are taking significantly longer than the standard First Class (3-5 days) or Priority (2-3 days), with scans not always being made immediately, leading to delays in transit between USPS facilities.

Just last week we sent an overnight USPS shipment - the tracking history shows no origin scan and an 8-day delay before the acceptance scan, even though the package was in USPS possession. While it was delivered, it was significantly delayed and faced issues in multiple parts of the US.

Rest assured, you can always reach out to us at info@titanbattlegear.com for any questions about your order or shipment. Unfortunately, the only tracking information we have is the same tracking info you're likely watching (and, like us, probably checking multiple times a day)!

We’ve always aimed for same-day shipping, but we understand the frustration these delays can cause. We don't take that lightly, and we empathize with your frustration.

Why don't you remove USPS options from the site?

We are continuing to use USPS for two main reasons: USPS offers affordable pricing that allows us to provide free domestic shipping for orders over $50.

We understand that delays are frustrating, but we want to keep offering free shipping and affordable international options to our valued customers unless we absolutely must change this.

Why can’t you tell me where my USPS package is?

Once a package is handed over to USPS, we have no control over it. We understand that it can be frustrating, but we’re in the same boat. Unfortunately, there’s no secret way to get information that's not available through the tracking page (we’ve tried everything!).

USPS handles half of the world’s mail and delivers more packages in 16 days than UPS and FedEx combined deliver in a year. Most small businesses rely on USPS, and we’re not alone in experiencing these delays.

What if I don’t want to deal with USPS?

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend upgrading to FedEx or UPS. While there are still a few delays, these carriers tend to move packages faster and provide more reliable tracking. For faster delivery, please choose FedEx or UPS at checkout.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out to us at info@titanbattlegear.com. We’re here to help and always happy to hear from you!
