Titan BattleGear is bringing growth marketing and paid media fully in-house. This role is not an experiment or a support function.
Paid media is Titan’s primary growth lever. This role carries real responsibility, real accountability, and real visibility.
You will be in the numbers every single day. You will make decisions that directly affect revenue, demand, and the future of the brand.
If you want a role where success is abstract, timelines are vague, or “doing your best” is enough – this is not the job for you.
What you will own
You are not “running ads.” You will own Titan’s paid media growth engine.
Strategy & creative leadership
- Develop the creative strategy behind Titan’s growth marketing – formats, storylines, angles, and why messages work.
- Turn product truths into high-performing ad concepts.
- Design structured testing plans (What we’re testing, Why it matters, What success looks like)
- Partner closely with the design team to iterate, refine, and evolve creative quickly and intelligently.
Hands-on execution
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Own audience segmentation: Personas, D2C vs B2B, Prospecting, retargeting, and expansion
- Set up and launch new channels from scratch: Microsoft/Bing, Experimental platforms (Brave, Reddit, AppLovin, others)
- Own & upgrade Analytics: Maintain pixel health, conversion tracking, and attribution sanity
Measurement, learning & accountability
- Review performance daily
- Make fast, informed decisions based on real data, not vibes.
- Maintain clear, disciplined logs of: Tests run, Results, Learnings, Next actions
- Know the difference between: Short-term fluctuation, True signal, Creative fatigue
- Take ownership when things don’t work and fix them.
Growth mindset
- Stay obsessively current on Google and Meta platform updates.
- Constantly look for the next lever: New audiences, creative angles, channels, platform tactics
- Bring ideas proactively. This role is not reactive.

- This is a full-time, remote role.
- You will work closely with Titan’s leadership.
- You will review performance frequently and directly.
- You will be expected to think, execute, measure, and iterate continuously.
- There is no agency buffer and no one else to hand this off to. You own it.

Who We Are

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand, Inventory & Sourcing Lead to lead planning excellence and inventory optimization across our product portfolio (cut-resistant baselayers, neck guards, rinkwear and custom team programs). This role bridges commercial insight, operational rigor and supply chain execution to ensure we deliver the right product, at the right time, in the right quantities.
Reporting to the COO, you will be a key member of the operations leadership team, helping shape supply strategies that support growth, reduce stock risk, strengthen supplier partnerships and elevate customer delight.
What You’ll Own
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Build and maintain statistically-driven demand forecasts that align with sales goals, seasonal trends, promotions and new product launches.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, ecommerce and wholesale to synthesize demand signals and refine forecasts.
- Translate forecast insights into actionable supply recommendations to drive profitability and service levels.
Sourcing & Purchasing
- Own purchasing execution for finished goods and raw materials, translating demand plans into accurate purchase orders while balancing lead times, MOQs, and inventory targets.
- Work directly with manufacturers and specialty material suppliers to manage supply commitments, monitor performance, and proactively address risks to availability, cost, or quality.
- Support new product development and cost optimization efforts by identifying sourcing opportunities, improving order economics, and maintaining clean, reliable purchasing data in the ERP (Katana experience a plus).
Inventory Strategy & Optimization
- Set inventory targets (safety stock, reorder points, lead-time buffers) balancing service, cash flow and risk.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics (turns, sell-through, excess & obsolescence) and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Lead SKU rationalization discussions to remove underperformers and focus resources on high-impact lines.
Supplier & Manufacturer Management
- Work directly with domestic manufacturers, fabric mills (including specialty cut-resistant materials) and overseas suppliers to plan reliable supply flows.
- Coordinate material requirements (mill lead-times, minimums, batch sizes) and communicate prioritized needs.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to assess performance, capacity, risks and opportunities.
Operations Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to align on production scheduling, inventory placement and fulfillment priorities.
- Support supply chain risk management (capacity constraints, logistics disruptions, raw material volatility).
- Lead weekly S&OP cadence with commercial leadership to align demand plans, inventory positions and financial outlook.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in demand planning, inventory management or supply planning roles with ecommerce (DTC) or consumer goods experience.
- Shopify experience for both OMS, catalog and inventory management.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with forecasting models, data analytics and inventory optimization tools.
- ERP experience required, experience with Katana (or similar modern ERP/MRP systems) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
- Supply chain execution experience with multiple manufacturing partners and raw material suppliers.
