At Titan BattleGear, our mission has always been to revolutionize hockey gear – delivering cutting-edge protection, performance, and design for athletes. But when we first started, there was one ambition that seemed almost impossible to realize: create a product that was proudly 100% made in the USA. It was a lofty goal, but we knew it was worth striving for. And now, after years of relentless effort, we are finally able to announce that this vision is a reality.

We are beyond excited to share that we have officially opened our newest factory in St. Paul, MN, completing our entirely onshore supply chain. Every component of Titan BattleGear, from our design to the final product that reaches our customers' doors, is made in the United States. We’ve built a network of skilled partners and invested in cutting-edge facilities across the country to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality, safest, and most innovative hockey gear available – without the risk of overseas production disruptions or the impact of tariffs.

A Vision of Safety, Performance, and National Pride

When we founded Titan BattleGear, we saw an industry dominated by overseas manufacturing. It was easy to find mass-produced, low-cost hockey gear from brands that prioritized margin over ethics. What we saw was a lack of real protection, bland design, and unfair labor practices. So, we set out to change that – and we knew from day one that to do it right, we needed to be different. We needed to control every aspect of production, from the initial design concept to the final delivery. And to do that, we had to keep things local.

Our desire to create the best product for our customers wasn’t just about performance. It was about standing up for American manufacturing, supporting local communities, and providing our athletes with the highest-quality products that were designed and built by skilled professionals right here at home.

Building the US Supply Chain: From Coast to Coast

It hasn't been an easy journey, but every step has been worth it. We've spent years working to piece together a comprehensive, efficient, and reliable US supply chain, and we are thrilled with the result. Today, Titan BattleGear operates on an entirely domestic production model, relying on specialized partners in key areas of the country to bring our vision to life.

Design & Headquarters: South Florida
At our HQ in South Florida, our design team works tirelessly to create innovative, performance-driven gear with unique colors and styles. Here, we focus on crafting gear that not only enhances protection but also ensures athletes stand out on the ice.

Cut-Resistant Yarn: North Carolina
Our journey begins in North Carolina, where we source our high-performance cut-resistant yarn. This yarn is the foundation of our protective gear, offering athletes an extra layer of security with every wear. While the mass-market brands deliver A2 and A3 cut-resistance, Titan’s neck guard achieves an A9. The necessity of this is often overlooked, but was clearly highlighted by the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine where it was proven a level A6 is the minimum threshold to sufficiently protect against a skate blade incident.

Knitting: Los Angeles
Once the yarn is ready, we ship it to Los Angeles, where our advanced knitting machines weave the fabric into the form and structure needed for our protective products. This is where comfort, safety, and performance begin to take shape.

Sublimation Printing: Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania is where our premium, Oeko-Tex certified body fabrics are sublimated. Here, we dye our cutting-edge designs to the fabric, ensuring that each piece is not only functional but also visually stunning. Our prints are built to last, even through the toughest of games.

Cut & Sew: St. Paul, MN

This is where the magic really happens. Our new factory in St. Paul, MN, is where all our advanced materials are transformed into fully functional hockey gear. From stitching to assembly, this facility is the heart of our production process, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

Testing: Michigan
Before any product hits the market, it goes through rigorous testing in Michigan. Thanks to one of our executives’ role as Owner/GM/Head Coach of a Junior A team that plays out of Ironwood, MI, we have a dedicated team of elite players and NHL draft picks to put every product through long-term gameplay testing.

Fulfillment: Minnesota & Florida
Finally, once the products are ready, they’re distributed from our fulfillment centers in both Minnesota and Florida. This allows us to offer fast, free shipping to our customers across the country.

Tariff-Free Safety: A Competitive Edge

As global trade tensions rise and tariffs increase, many major brands are finding themselves struggling to keep their costs under control. Tariffs of 100% or more are being slapped on goods imported from certain regions, and as these costs rise, it’s likely that consumers will be hit with higher prices as well. But not Titan BattleGear.

Our decision to keep everything made in the USA means that we are shielded from these rising costs. While other companies scramble to figure out how to mitigate the impact of tariffs, we’ve already built a system that is immune to these disruptions. Our US-based supply chain gives us a huge competitive edge – one that benefits our customers, now and in the future.

As the global political and economic landscape continues to shift, Titan BattleGear’s commitment to US manufacturing becomes even more important. By keeping production at home, we’re not only ensuring that our products are built with the highest standards of safety and quality; we’re also safeguarding our customers from the uncertainty that comes with global trade conflicts. Our decision to prioritize domestic production means that our customers will continue to get top-tier hockey gear at the best possible prices, regardless of the geopolitical challenges others may face. This includes being a reliable supplier to our new retail partners. We have heard quite a bit of uncertainty for the upcoming season, as deliveries from China are now in jeopardy of being paused or cancelled entirely as mass-market brands attempt to avoid losses on their committed orders from before tariffs were announced.

The Road Ahead: Innovation, Quality, and Commitment To Safety

We’ve come a long way since our early days, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built. But this is just the beginning. Titan BattleGear’s commitment to safety, innovation, and performance will continue to drive us forward, and we’ll keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. As we continue to expand our US-based operations, we are excited to bring new products, new technologies, and even more benefits to our customers.

By staying true to our roots and keeping production local, we’ve created a model that is sustainable, resilient, and capable of delivering the highest-quality products to hockey players everywhere. It’s not just about protecting athletes – it’s about creating a lasting impact on the industry. And we’re just getting started.

Thank you for supporting Titan BattleGear and being a part of this journey with us. Together, we conquer.
