Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Preorders and backorders take longer since they’re still in production, but we’ll email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships.

That means the item you purchased is currently being made – it’s not yet in our warehouse. Once it arrives, we’ll ship it immediately and send you a confirmation email with tracking.

Absolutely. You can contact us anytime for an update. If we don’t have an exact date yet, it means we’re waiting on final confirmation from our factory. We’ll reach out as soon as we have a timeline.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it – simply contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed, but you can start a return after it arrives.

Once shipped, UPS Ground typically delivers within 3–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Check your porch, mailbox, and with your neighbors. If it doesn’t show up after 24 hours, reach out – we’ll help start an investigation with UPS.

It can happen when packages skip scans at certain stops. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3–4 business days, contact us so we can check with UPS and open a claim, if needed.

You can start your return or exchange anytime through our Returns Portal. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom or team orders may have unique terms – contact us if you’re unsure.
