Sticker Guide
CLAP BOMB — Wind it up and let it rip. A clap bomb is the old-school slap shot: big backswing, full send, and the kind of shot everyone in the rink hears before it hits the glass, the goalie, or the back of the net.
LIGHT THE LAMP — Before scoreboards did all the work, the red goal light behind the net told everyone what just happened. Put the puck in the net and light the lamp.
FLOW PATROL — Hockey hair is its own culture. The longer it gets, the better it looks spilling out the back of the bucket. Flow Patrol is for the players committed to looking as good leaving the rink as they do on the ice.
TAPE TO TAPE — The pass every player wants to make and receive. Flat, crisp, right on the blade. No reaching. No bouncing puck. Just one teammate putting it exactly where the other needs it.
SNIPE SHOW — When picking corners starts looking routine. A snipe is a shot placed exactly where the goalie can't get it: over the shoulder, under the bar, just inside the post. String a few of those together and it's officially a Snipe Show. Pick a corner. Hit your spot. Celebrate accordingly.
COAST TO COAST — Pick up the puck in your own end and don't give it up until you've taken it all the way to theirs. Five players trying to stop you. Two blue lines to cross. One rink to conquer.
DIRTY DANGLES — Hands so good they're almost disrespectful. Toe drags, pull-backs, quick cuts and moves that leave a defender reaching for a puck that's already gone.
PUCK LUCK — Sometimes you snipe one. Sometimes it hits a shin pad, bounces off a skate, clips the post, hits the goalie in the back and somehow goes in. Hockey has a funny way of rewarding the puck sometimes. That's Puck Luck.
RINK LIFE — Early mornings. Cold bleachers. Wet gear. Long drives. Locker rooms. Zambonis. Concession stands. The smell you can't explain to people who don't play hockey. Rink Life isn't just where you play. It's where you grow up.
BAR DOWN — There are goals, and then there are bar down goals. Beat the goalie high, catch the underside of the crossbar and send the puck straight down into the net. Bonus points for that unmistakable PING.
SILKY MITTS — When the puck seems glued to your stick. Soft hands, quick moves, tight control, and the ability to handle the puck through traffic without losing it. Toe drag, pull it around a defender, make the goalie bite. Silky Mitts make hard moves look easy.
CHIRP SEASON — The game isn't only played with sticks. A perfectly timed line from the bench can be almost as satisfying as a perfectly timed hit. Keep it funny. Keep it clever. And whatever you do, don't let the other bench get the last word.
RINK RAT — First one at the rink. Last one to leave. Always looking for another skate, another stick-and-puck, another reason to get on the ice. You don't become a rink rat on purpose. Eventually everyone just realizes you live there.
TOP CHEDDAR — The top corners of the net, the shelf where the good stuff lives. Put one upstairs over the goalie's shoulder and you've gone Top Cheddar.
WHEELS — Pure speed. When a player can flat-out fly, they've got wheels. First to the loose puck, blowing past a defender wide, or turning a turnover into a breakaway before anyone can catch them. Wheels aren't about skating pretty. They're about being gone.
APPLE — Hockey slang for an assist. You may not have put the puck in the net, but you made the goal happen. A perfect feed through traffic, a tape-to-tape pass on a 2-on-1, or the extra pass that leaves your teammate staring at an open net. Goals get the spotlight. Apples make them possible.
SHIFT AFTER SHIFT — Hockey isn't won with one great play. It's won by doing it again. And again. Win a battle. Backcheck. Change. Catch your breath. Then hop over the boards and do it all over again. Shift After Shift.

FAQs
What Makes Titan Battlegear The Safest?
Titan Battlegear's hockey neck guard utilizes advanced American-made cut-resistant materials and a unique collar design to maximize coverage of critical zones.
Other Brands Use Kevlar®, Why Titan Cut Resistance is Better?
Most Kevlar® fabrics offer an ISO 13997:1999 blade cut resistance level 2, and in very rare occasions level 3 (on a scale of 1 to 5).
Titan's hockey neck guard shirt utilizes proprietary, American made fabrics, delivering the highest cut-resistance: level A9, which makes it 200 stronger than steel, and almost 5 times more cut resistant than Kevlar® products rated level 3 at 5N.
Are there certifications for the USA Hockey mandated laceration protection?
Unfortunately USA hockey does not have any certification requirements currently.
They state “Players are required to wear a neck laceration protector that is commercially designed and manufactured for that purpose.”
We are eager for them to enforce stricter guidelines around the level of protection to qualify as “neck laceration protectors” for the Aug 1, 2024 mandate.
In our testing of other products available in the market, we revealed a very low level of cut resistance due to materials such as Kevlar®, which only provide a level 2 or 3 cut-resistance, depending on fabric weight.
Titan shirts achieve up to a level A9 cut-resistance, the highest level of cut protection in the world.
How Safe Is The Shirt After Many Washes?
We tested cleaning with cycles across TEN Durawash twin-tub industrial machines. This is equivalent to 50 washes in a domestic washing machine.
The cut resistance level, following this washing process increased by 4%. Test reports from INTERTEK are available upon request.
Where Are Titan's Products Produced?
Titan was born in South Florida, and Built in the Americas. Our factories are in Winter Park, Florida, and Colombia. We source material from premium partners in the USA.
The mass market and other independent brands produce in China, with questionable labor practices and superficial cut resistance certifications.
Can I Customize Titan's Hockey Neck Guard Shirt With My Team Logo/Colors?
Yes, Titan's TeamWorks program offers custom gear for teams, as well as personalization by player, including name, number, and even their country flag to represent their nationality!
