Titan BattleGear offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

If your order arrives and it's not in fighting shape – maybe it's defective, damaged, or just not the right play – just let us know right out of the gate so we can jump in and turn things around.
But keep in mind, there are some items that can't be sent back to the locker room. We're talking custom stuff here, like special orders, team gear, or personalized items.
Once we’ve received your return and given it the once-over, we'll update you on the status. You'll see that refund zipping back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, but most cases you see this in the first 24-48 hours. Keep in mind, your bank or card might take a bit to get that refund in the net.
