Role Overview

Titan is the only cut-resistant base layer in the market to offer fully custom team gear designs. Not only is Titan Battlegear the safest shirt in the market, it’s also the most customizable.

We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to focus on team sales and strategic partnerships with team uniform and apparel companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing brand and help shape the future of our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sports apparel, team uniforms, or gear sales and the ability to cultivate relationships with a broad range of decision-makers — from equipment managers of pro and collegiate teams to thousands of youth hockey organizations. This role will involve leveraging our extensive lead list and low-hanging fruit opportunities to quickly gain traction and revenue growth.

This is a commission-based role with equity compensation, evolving into a leadership position with a salary and team-building responsibilities as we scale. If you’re ready to own a key piece of our growth and be part of something big, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to a long lead list of prospects, including pro and collegiate equipment managers, youth hockey organizations, and team apparel providers.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with uniform providers and sports apparel companies to embed Titan BattleGear products into team kits.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including athletic directors, equipment managers, and team managers.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Titan BattleGear’s protective gear into youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional team programs.
  • Close deals with leagues, teams, and uniform providers to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to align product solutions with customer needs.
  • Represent Titan BattleGear at tournaments, events, and trade shows to drive brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
  • Track leads and manage partnerships in HubSpot CRM, ensuring a streamlined sales process and accurate forecasting.
  • Use insights from HubSpot CRM to optimize outreach and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Create and execute a growth strategy, transitioning into a leadership role and building a team of sales professionals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in team sports sales, uniforms, or apparel, with a strong network in the sports space.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and closing deals with sports teams, leagues, and uniform companies.
  • Experience working with equipment managers, youth sports programs, amateur leagues, collegiate, or pro teams.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools, with a focus on lead management and sales tracking.
  • Passion for sports, particularly hockey, is a big plus!
